Impact Assessment

There are three primary objectives to impact assessment of projects or programs designed to reduce African poverty
1.  To quanitfy the extent of poverty reduction attributable to the program
2.  To determine the cost-effectiveness of the poverty reduction
3.  To understand how and  why the program is (is not) able to reduce poverty.

Key Impact Questions

How many people has the program impacted?
Who are they?
What did the program do for them?
Was it cost effective?
